Weight loss, is an area of medicine which administers people’s weight. Weight depends on health or physical fitness. Usually people want to reduce their mass rather than increase it. Reduction of the overall body mass, can be achieved by loss of fluid, body fat or adipose tissue and/or lean mass, namely bone mineral deposits, muscle, tendon and other connective tissue. Sometimes it could happens unintentionally due to an underlying disease or it could arise from a conscious effort to improve an actual or perceived overweight.
